Here are some of the remarkable features of iOS 8:

Assertive in the health field

Calls and SMSs on your computer
Mac computers operating on OS X Yosemite when paired with iPhone will have the ability to receive SMSs and answer incoming calls. OS X Yosemite will be released at or about the same date, as iOS 8 will. For Mac, at points where no internet connection is available, the Hotspot feature allows the users to go online via their phone’s internet connection.

The way is clear for third-party keyboards

Apple did not allow the iOS devices to install third-party keyboards until today, but now the way is clear. A third-party keyboard can now alter the iOS 8 keyboard, which improved its ability to suggest words thanks to its Quicktype feature.

Camera captures ‘time lapses’
Apple mobile devices that could capture 120 frames per 7 seconds to create slow motion videos on iOS 7 are going to be able to do vice versa now. Devices can create Time-lapse videos by snapping photos at dynamically selected intervals and compounding them.

Finger print security
Finger print scanner, which is used to unlock the lock screen and log in to the application store, is going to be used with all applications; therefore, making it possible to use a fingerprint instead of a password. Voice-driven assistant Siri will be able to recognize 22 languages through iOS 8.

Unlimited sharing and storage
IOS 8 supports other storage systems such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Boxer for the users who need larger storage capacities than iOS 8’s own 5GB free iCloud storage offers. IOS 8 gives its users the ability to organize documents, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images through iCloud. Family Sharing makes it more practical to share data such as photo albums, calendars, and location information.

Green light for the smart house
It is going to be possible to manage devices that control smart house systems such as door locks, lighting, and air-conditioning by only using Siri without even unlocking iPhone. Users will be able to use natural voice to issue commands such as “Lock the doors” and it is going to lock the doors.
