Nobel Peace Award winner author, Orhan Pamuk, who is at the top of the list of best seller novels in Georgia, met to his fans in Yunus Emre Cultural Center in Tbilisi as the guest of Bakur Sulakauri Publishing and Free University. Pamuk who was welcomed by Levent Gümrükçü, the Turkish Ambassador in Tbilisi and Zekeriya Gültekin the director of Turkish Cultural Center of Yunus Emre Institute, stated that Yunus Emre Institute filled an important gap by teaching Turkish and activities of culture and art. Pamuk asked the Institute should concentrate on modern arts and international literary activities more. After his speech, his fans asked him “Have you ever wished to re-write one of your books once more?”. Pamuk, who replied this question by smiling, gave a waggish answer: “I would like to re-write my life again”. Afterwards, the Nobel Award winning author signed his books in the library of Tbilisi Turkish Culture Center and had a small chat with his fans.
