THE FOUNDATION OF KONYA YHT TERMINAL AND LOGISTICS CENTER  WAS LAID BY PRIME MINISTER YILDIRIM

The foundation of Konya YHT Terminal and Logistics Center was laid by Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım with a ceremony held in the Vicinity of Kayacık, Konya. Former Prime Minister and Konya Deputy Ahmet Davutoğlu, Deputy Prime Minister Recep Akdağ, Ministers and deputies attended the ceremony. Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım who addressed a speech at the ceremony stated that Konya YHT Terminal and Logistics Center would change the face of Konya and said, “I hope everyone enjoys it, in less than a year we will be engaging the Konya-Karaman high-speed train.”

“Konya YHT Terminal is almost going to become a center of life”
Yıldırım said that the YHT Terminal, of which the foundation was laid, would almost become a center of life. Yıldırım who highlighted the highly increased number of visitors that came to the city along with the Ankara-Konya YHT and gave the information of that, the High Speed Train Terminal would almost become a center of life.

“Konya is the Spiritual Logistics Center”
Former Prime Minister and Konya Deputy Ahmet Davutoğlu who gave a speech at the ceremony said that building a logistics center in Konya has a special meaning: “Konya is a spiritual and historical logistics center before anything else.”

“We Are Working for Konya-Antalya High Speed Train”
Transportation, Maritime Affairs, and Communications Minister Ahmet Arslan gave the news of that, the bids for the contract on the Karaman Logistics Center would be received on October 3. Minister Arslan stated that they were conducting the project work to connect cities by means of Kayseri-Aksaray-Konya-Antalya High Speed Train project. After the speeches, Konya Logistics Center was laid the foundation by the Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım and Konya YHT Terminal was laid the foundation by TCDD General Director İsa Apaydın on the command of the Prime Minister via video conference.
