We compliment different flavors with pleasant music. The two-story place can host up to 120 customers. We combined domestic and industrial textures. Most of the designs, especially the floor elements, are collected, processed, and installed from the old houses in Anatolia.”

Hülya Yazdıç who mentions that they organize events appealing the prominent establishments and brands of the business world says, “We offer daily lunch menus as well as dinner menus. Thanks to these menus that appeal to many different clients from prominent brands, we have frequent customers who bring their clients to our place for business meetings at lunch or dinner. We planned the upper floor considering the needs of our clients from the business world. The upper floor with the capacity of maximum 50 also has a room for 12 for smaller groups or business meetings. For the ones who would like to have drinks outdoors after dinner, we have a terrace for 30. We prepare fixed menus in accordance with the requests of the companies who prefer us. Colorful and comfortable benches that are built in front of windows are among the customer favorites. The small bay window located between the two floors is utilized as the DJ cabin. We develop strategies in the aim of creating a warm and comfortable ambience.”

EXECUTIVE CHEF DURMUŞ DURSUN’S RECIPE FOR SCALLOPED CHICKEN ON A BED OF EGGPLANT SAUCE (FOR ONE)
To marinate: 200 grams of chicken breast, egg, soy sauce, 20 grams of flour.
For the sauce: Mixed peppers, 5 grams of corn, 1 scallion, turmeric, salt, and 100 grams of cream.
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients to marinate the chicken. Later fry the chicken pieces in sunflower oil. Do not shake the sauce off before frying. Sauté the ingredients for the sauce in a wok. Add fried chicken pieces. Place chicken and baked potatoes on the bed of eggplant sauce. Bon petite.
